“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” Albert Einstein
One of the most important principles I teach during my Animal Communication Workshops is that listening to the imagination is essential. When we are children, we are encouraged to use our imagination as a way of exploring our world. But as we grow older we learn to dismiss this powerful voice of the intuition. We begin to believe that those things which can’t be proven by the logical mind are false, untrustworthy.
This couldn’t be fruther from the truth. Our imagination is the gateway to a higher form of knowledge; it contains the truth and the messages from that place within us where all things are possible. Clients often tell me they think they must “just be imagining” what their animals are telling them, when in fact that is exactly what their beloved friends are trying to convey!
It takes practice and trust when learning how to listen to your imagination. But the most important thing is this: you need only remember how to do it. As a child, your imagination was your best friend. You still have that awareness within you; your brain is still wired to listen to the voice of your instincts.
The next time you are wondering what your animal companion might be telling you, open up your imagination and trust what you get. Your imagination will always be your best friend, guiding you to a more loving, joyful and happy way of living and believing.
